As of the end of June, it is no longer possible to purchase a ticket with cash on buses. This is safer for staff, and also meets passengers’ growing demand to be able to pay using their bank or credit cards (contactless). Tickets can be purchased on the bus from the driver (contactless) using a bank or credit card.
