The new buses from HTM have now been in service for a few months. Passengers are clearly more satisfied with them than with the gas‑powered buses. Aspects such as comfort, climate, cleanliness and interior layout score well. The electric buses are also quieter. In the long (18 meter) buses, the chance of finding a seat is higher.

The 12 meter bus has one fewer seat than before, and three seats have been replaced by folding seats to create more space for prams and shopping trolleys. The placement of the seats is largely determined by the shape of the bus. The armrests and handrails are required under new safety regulations.
